When I mentioned this to the representative, he apologized saying that he had changed my order because they did not make the windows I wanted, and he realized he should have let me know about the change and should have gotten my approval, but now it was too late to replace the window as it had been made to size.

7. When the guys from Stauko tried to align it better, the door would not close anymore as the lock alignment was lost. The insulation is very poor, you can feel the wind coming in. I have never seen anything done so poorly. The original doors, as old as they were, closed better than this door.
